1. Using WordBridge
WordBridge is a free Chrome extension from DahVio Studios. By installing it, you agree to these terms. You can stop using it at any time by removing the extension.
2. Accuracy
Definitions, pronunciations and translations come from third-party services (Free Dictionary API, Wiktionary and MyMemory). They're usually right, but not always. Don't rely on WordBridge for legal, medical, academic or other decisions where a wrong definition or translation would matter.
3. Third-Party Content
Dictionary content from Wiktionary is licensed under CC BY-SA, and WordBridge credits the source in each definition. Translations are provided by MyMemory under its own terms. These services may limit or change their availability, which can affect lookups.
4. Your Data
Your deck is stored in your browser and belongs to you. See the privacy policy for exactly what's stored and sent. Export your deck if you want a backup, because a deck that's been cleared, or removed along with the extension, can't be recovered.
5. No Warranty
WordBridge is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, DahVio Studios isn't liable for any loss arising from using it, including lost decks.
6. Changes
We may update WordBridge or these terms, or discontinue features. If these terms change, the date above will change and the new version will be published on this page.
